I'm Belinda and I will be overseeing your survey process from when you book to your follow up call with our surveyor after your report is sent.

The next steps are 

1. After you have booked your survey you will receive a confirmation via email.
2. You will receive a phone call 24 hours before our surveyor
3. On the day of your survey your surveyor will need access to your property for the allotted time. 
4. Within 2-4 days your survey will be emailed and you will receive a call from your surveyor to talk through any questions you have about the report.
5. Our customer happiness team will follow up to ensure you are completely happy with our service.
